Select Activities from the (Project Menu) to access your Activities listing.
How do I create a new Activity?
1. Select the icon at the upper right of the window.
2. The Add Activity page will be displayed where you can enter specific information about the Activity.
3. Click the button at the bottom of the page once you have filled out the fields.
What are my options for viewing Activities?
1. In the top left corner you will see you can view Activities in a variety of ways.
2. You can select between Day, Week or Month.
3. Then you can group them by Area, Contract or User.
4. Additionally, via the icon you can view as List View or Calendar View.
How do I print the Activities Timeline View?
1. If you click the icon you can "Create PDF" in a variety of page sizes.
2. Note: Condensed View hides the Description from the Activities so will be shorter.
How do I edit an Activity or update Percent Complete?
1. Click the icon next to the Activity.
2. The Edit Activity window will appear and you can make any changes you'd like including Percent Complete or assigning it to someone else.
3. Click the button at the bottom of the page once you have made your changes.
How do I Copy a previous Activity?
1. Click the icon next to the Activity.
2. The Add Activity window will appear with the information pre-filled, and you can make any changes you'd like.
3. Click the button at the bottom of the page once you have made your changes.
How do I Allow non-MasterLibrary Users to view Activities?
Option 1 is to generate a PDF as explained above and distribute that.
Option 2 is to click "change" in the top right next to where it says "Activities are Restricted to Project".
This will allow you to specify the Default View and whether or not you want to allow navigation between days/weeks/months.
Note: Option 2 is better as it's a live up-to-date view of Activities.
