Select Schedule of Values from the (Project Menu) to access the Schedule of Values Log page. All of the items are automatically logged and categorized by Draft, Revise & Resubmit, Resubmitted, Issued, and Approved.
How do I create a new Schedule of Values?
1. Select the icon at the upper right of the window.
2. The Add Schedule of Values page will be displayed where you will select the Contract it is associated with.
3. Click the button at the bottom of the page once you have filled out the fields.
4. The Schedule of Values will be displayed with a red DRAFT VERSION header and the information from the fields you completed. It is ready to for proofing and adding Sections and Items; however, it is not formally issued until the button is clicked.
5. Click the "ADD SECTION" link. An Add Section window will be displayed.
- Enter the name and order you'd like this section to be appear.
- Click the button at the bottom of the page once you have filled out the fields.
6. Once you have created your Sections, you can create Items within each Section by clicking the + icon to the right of the desired Section. An Add Item window will be displayed.
- Enter the name, value and indicate if it's an allowance or not.
- Click the button at the bottom of the page once you have filled out the fields.
How do I request a Schedule of Values from my Contractor?
1. From the Add or Edit Contract page you must select "Yes" for "Linked to Schedule of Values".
2. The Contract Detail page will then show a link next to Initial Contract Value that says "Request Schedule of Values".
3. Clicking this link will send an e-mail to the Contractor (To on your Contract) alerting them you are requesting they login and create and Issue you a Schedule of Values.
How do I add Sections to a Schedule of Values?
1. Click the "ADD SECTION" link. An Add Section window will be displayed.
